The exquisite 95 square metres Two Bedrooms Tree Line Luxury Residence in the centre of Soldeu, south facing and with a private jacuzzi on the 15 square metres terrace, has two king sized bedrooms with breathtaking mountain views and two bathrooms including bath & overhead shower, underfloor heating and essential amenities. There is enough room for up to 6 guests with the additional capacity on lounge sofa bed and the apartment is also pet friendly.
The dining table overlooks the open plan lounge with smart TV, Sonos sound bar and large panoramic windows giving uninterrupted views of Soldeu’s infamous AVET black ski run for Ski World Cup 2019 and 2023. The residence includes a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, as well as a separate laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Payment Schedule
30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 120 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
90% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 120 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €1000 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 3 days after departure
Notes
Please note that rates exclude the tourist tax established by the Andorran government for luxury accommodation which is 3,14€/night/guest over 16 years old, which will be explained on arrival and collected during the stay.
If any daily cleaning is required during the stay (no daily cleaning included in the rate), it needs to be organised with at least 24h notice and it will be charged separately at 40€/hour (minimum 2 hours). The booking includes and end of stay cleaning fee, related to the final cleaning of the apartment.
