Ski Chalet Andorra building known as Xalet Hort de Popaire is accessible from Cami Marrades del Piol, via a short closed end street starting near Burger Forapista and Supermercat Font. Covered car parking available near building.
Policy and notes
Payment Schedule
30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 120 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
90% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 120 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €1000 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 3 days after departure
Notes
Please note that rates exclude the tourist tax established by the Andorran government for luxury accommodation which is 3,14€/night/guest over 16 years old, which will be explained on arrival and collected during the stay.
If any daily cleaning is required during the stay (no daily cleaning included in the rate), it needs to be organised with at least 24h notice and it will be charged separately at 40€/hour (minimum 2 hours). The booking includes and end of stay cleaning fee, related to the final cleaning of the apartment.
