Enjoy a unique luxury residence with 220 square metres in the centre of Soldeu with underfloor heating, log burner and panoramic mountain views.
The Snow Peak Luxury Residence has an open plan kitchen and lounge, where you are able to curl up in front of the fire and turn on the smart TV with international channels, Netflix and YouTube. For further entertainment, there is also a PS4 game console or you can stargaze and see the surface of the moon with the residence’s high quality telescope.
The fully equipped American kitchen with breakfast bar comes with a wine fridge and coffee machine to make you feel at home, and also fondue and raclette machines for that perfect mountain experience. Complimentary logs and coffee beans are provided.
This residence has five large bedrooms following on to large bathrooms (three of them ensuite) complete with hairdryers and also with direct access to the balcony overlooking the fantastic views onto the famous AVET black ski run for Ski World Cup 2019. The fifth bedroom can accommodate up to 4 children or adults in 4 bunk beds. The sleeping quarters are arranged to make it perfect for 2 families sharing or for a large group of friends.

Payment Schedule
30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 120 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
90% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 120 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €1000 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 3 days after departure
Notes
Please note that rates exclude the tourist tax established by the Andorran government for luxury accommodation which is 3,14€/night/guest over 16 years old, which will be explained on arrival and collected during the stay.
If any daily cleaning is required during the stay (no daily cleaning included in the rate), it needs to be organised with at least 24h notice and it will be charged separately at 40€/hour (minimum 2 hours). The booking includes and end of stay cleaning fee, related to the final cleaning of the apartment.
